Okay, the first thing you need to do, is eliminate your preconceived ideas about bbq. This is not Zeb’s, Curtis’, or your beer-belly uncle, basting ribs on a hot summer day.
Now, the fish, it’s true, that may be too big of a leap. Let’s just start with the bbq, and go from there.
