I have found that there is often an elevated sense of costume in the Japanese sense of fashion.
It’s also interesting that ‘punk’ could so seemlessly incorporate a leopard-print man-purse.

    Traveling several times to Japan in the past couple of years, I too understand your point of view. But never captured it so perfectly.
